Oldcastle Precast’s facility in Brookshire is conveniently located about 30 miles West of Houston off of Interstate Highway-10. Brookshire produces a variety of underground precast drainage structures ranging from small catch basins, curb inlets, and grate inlets up to large special structures that are engineered and designed to fit your junction box needs. We keep a stock of standard City of Houston drainage structures, TxDOT drainage structures, safety end treatments, standard cast iron, and manholes in our yard for quick and easy use.
Our facility consists of 32,000 square feet of production workspace and 15,000 square feet of maintenance and metal fabrication workspace all covered and protected from the weather. We batch all of our own concrete with a central batching system feeding two mixers, a Besser rivet mixer producing wetcast concrete and a Skako pan mixer producing drycast concrete. In addition, our facility is equipped with state of the art machinery enabling us to cut, bend, and produce our own reinforcing cages. Our products are moved about the facility and delivered with several overhead bridge cranes, fork lifts, and a fleet of trucks and trailers, including a 15 ton boom truck. |

Our office staff consists of Dispatch, Sales, and Engineering/Drafting departments to service all of your needs. Our Engineering department also includes our Quality Control staff in the plant to maintain the highest level of quality and consistency in our drawings, products, and testing requirements. The Quality Control staff is certified by ACI in Grade 1 Field Testing and Grade 1 Lab Testing along with additional training programs created in-house by Oldcastle.
